This is one of those items that you get and hope you never hear. I just had it go off a few days ago due to a leaking connection under the sink. The alarm went off and I received a notice on my phone as well, I ran to go look under the sink and sure enough there was a few spots that were wet...I was impressed at how sensitive it was. This was not a major leak, were probably talking about 1 teaspoon of water around the sensor, but it worked and let me know I need to do some more pipe repair.

I had a flood start in the basement that could have caused major damage to my home and most importantly, destroyed a lot of my precious family memories.
